In order to improve lines of communication and thereby offer better service, Nordhavn has introduced a system to handle common emails.

Please find descriptions below to understand which team to contact. It is important that any request is forwarded to one of the common emails at Nordhavn only. Forwarding emails to more than one common email will cause confusion and ineffectiveness.

Please refer clearly to the M-order number or hull number in the subject when forwarding information.

Nordhavn documentation team handles projects that have been order confirmed but not yet delivered. The following information is handled by the documentation team:

• Approval drawings
• Working drawings

• Certificates (all communication regarding certificates is handled by the documentation team regardless the unit has been delivered)
